SupportMesh Docs
Getting Started
Go from account signup to a working workspace with one support item, one client organization, and your first support record.
Start your trial
SupportMesh currently offers a 14-day trial for a new workspace. Trial signup creates an account first, then provisions a workspace on the active public trial plan.
What is intentionally not documented
The current product does not expose public billing conversion steps, credit-card capture, or automatic charging details in the trial flow, so those details are not part of this guide.
Create your first workspace
- Open the public trial page.
- Enter your company name, your name, email address, password, website, and your preferred workspace URL slug.
- Submit the form and continue into the workspace onboarding flow.
A signed-in account that already belongs to a SupportMesh workspace cannot self-serve a second public trial workspace in the current phase.
Complete onboarding
- Open the workspace onboarding screen after trial setup finishes.
- Confirm your workspace information and continue into the authenticated admin area.
- Add the first support item, then the first client organization.
- Assign the support item to that client organization before ticket creation.
The current onboarding flow hands the new workspace owner into the existing authenticated admin experience rather than a separate marketing wizard.
Create or receive your first ticket
- Internal workspace users can create tickets from the admin Tickets area.
- Client users can work from the portal routes that expose tickets for their assigned client organization.
- A workspace can also configure Email Intake and the `/api/v1/tickets` read API, but API mutation routes are not available yet.
